Here’s a recipe for Fire Cider which you make in advance,

store in the fridge, and utilise daily over the winter

to ward off bugs and give you a healthy kickstart to the day!

Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar with fresh ingredients for fire cider

INGREDIENTS:

750ml to 1 litre Bragg Organic raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
1 cup diced, fresh horseradish root (about a 125g piece)
1 cup diced, fresh ginger
1 cup diced, fresh turmeric root
1 cup diced onion
2 small heads garlic, cloves peeled and diced
4-8 hot chilies, sliced
2 lemons, quartered and sliced
2 limes, quartered and sliced
2 litre jar, with a lid
raw honey, optional (1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp himalayan sea salt
